Delivery Information.

Our standard delivery time is 48 – 72 hours.

If we receive an order on our website before 1pm we aim to despatch the order the same day although delivery times may be extended during certain busy periods.

All orders received over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

Delivery all accross UK.

The charge for standard delivery is £2.50 for 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery – Orders sent using this service should arrive the next day, but can take up to 3 days. This service requires a signature upon receipt.

Returns Information.

If you are not entirely happy with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within seven days.
Unfortunately we cannot except the return of unwanted earrings.
Please inform us by email info@MojoGirl.co.uk stating your
name, order reference, and reason for return.
Also include this information in a covering letter with the item to be returned.

We will be more than happy to provide you with a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging and return the goods as you recieved them.
Items returned to us damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
Although it is not necessary to return goods to us using the Recorded/Special Delivery service it is advisable as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
