Accuracy of Products
All product specifications are as accurate as Mojogirl.co.uk can be. Most of our products are handmade or hand finished and may alter in size, shape and colour.
Our intention is to keep Mojogirl.co.uk as accurate and up to date as possible. Mojogirl.co.uk product details are as accurate as possible.

Payment methods and order processing
We accept most major credit and debit cards. These are processed online using the paypal secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds.
Your order will be processed once authorisation of your credit or debit card has been properly received.
You may wish to pay by cheque although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has cleared. Address to send cheque’s to can be found on the contact us page.

Availability of goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If for any reason the goods become unavailable and Mojogirl.co.uk is unable to restock them we will refund the full amount you have paid for these goods.

Delivery Charges
All prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of your products at the secure paypal checkout.
All delivery charges are £2.50 we will send your goods via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. This service will require a signature upon receipt of your goods.

We deliver across the U.K .
We only deliver to the address on the order.

Standard Delivery times
Stock items will normally be delivered 48 – 72 hours from clearance of payment. Mojogirl.co.uk aims to deliver your goods the following working day if orders are placed before 2pm. If we or our suppliers are out of stock we will notify you of this and if the products have not become available after 28 days you will have the right to cancel your order and Mojogirl.co.uk will refund you the full amount paid for these goods.

As soon as you receive your goods they will be your responsability

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail or by telephone.

Faulty or incorrect goods
If you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone you can return any faulty or incorrect products for a replacement, credit of full refund including p&p. Please send a covering letter with all returns. If an error has occurred a replacement will be sent once the incorrect item has been returned.

This will not affect your statutory rights.
